LHS LUXURY HAIR SYSTEM

LHS SYSTEM CARE GUIDE

Maintenance Schedule Guide

Build a practical care rhythm for daily wear, washing, bond checks, and professional refitting—without treating every base or lifestyle the same.

THE CORE PRINCIPLE

Use condition triggers—not a rigid calendar alone.

Care frequency changes with the base construction, attachment method, climate, perspiration, activity, styling products, and scalp oil. The schedule below is a planning framework; your LHS service partner should confirm the final routine for your system and adhesive.

01Protect the hair

Detangle gently from the ends upward, minimize friction, and avoid unnecessary heat or heavy product buildup.

02Respect the base

Support lace while brushing, avoid scraping Poly Skin, and treat hybrid zones according to their construction.

03Service before failure

Do not wait for major lifting, heavy residue, odor, or a shifting fit before arranging professional cleanup and refitting.

INTERACTIVE CARE ROUTINE

Choose your construction and wear pattern

Use the routine as a checklist. Product compatibility, adhesive removal, and exact service timing must be confirmed for the installed system.

01
DAILY / EACH WEAR

Gentle detangling and edge check

02
AFTER SWEAT OR WATER

Dry before friction builds

03
WHEN WASHING IS NEEDED

Clean for condition—not by habit alone

04
REGULAR REVIEW

Inspect hair, base, and attachment

05
SERVICE TRIGGER

Arrange professional cleanup and refit

WASH & DRY SEQUENCE

A controlled process reduces tangling and base stress.

  1. 01
    Prepare first

Gently detangle dry hair, confirm the attachment is stable, and use only products approved for the hair and base.

  2. 02
    Clean without scrubbing

Work in the direction of the hair, avoid circular rubbing, and do not scratch or scrape the base or bonded perimeter.

  3. 03
    Condition selectively

Focus conditioner on the mid-lengths and ends unless your service partner confirms that a product is safe for the base and attachment zone.

  4. 04
    Dry completely

Blot rather than twist, keep heat controlled, and make sure the scalp, base, and attachment area are dry before sleep, hats, or prolonged friction.

STOP DIY MAINTENANCE

These signs need professional review.

Attachment is shifting

The front or perimeter no longer sits securely, or the system changes position during normal wear.

Residue will not release

Do not increase force, scrape the base, or mix unconfirmed solvents when cleanup becomes difficult.

Base or hair is stressed

Tears, stretching, severe tangling, shedding changes, or damaged perimeter areas should be assessed before further handling.

Scalp discomfort appears

Pause product use and contact a qualified professional when the scalp reaction is unexpected or does not settle.

BUILD YOUR CARE PATH

Use the right resource for each maintenance task.

CARE WITH A CLEAR PLAN

Protect the result before maintenance becomes urgent.

Use the schedule as a routine reminder, then let the LHS service partner confirm the correct products, attachment method, and refit timing for your exact system.
